Serhii performed the cleaning and did a fantastic job. He was on time, knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. He performed the basic vent cleaning and went above and beyond to further clean the inside of the dryer (there was significant lint build-up within the bottom of the dryer). I would definitely hire Ozon again. Serhii was the representative who did my job. He arrived on time, and was courteous and professional. In addition he took the time to thoroughly explain the process, and even gave me some tips on choosing the right filters to maintain good air quality in the house. Within hours we noticed the airflow had been improved to the upper levels of the house, and you no longer feel the air getting warmer as you walk up the stairs. Good service; highly recommended!
