Excellent. Thank you for sending Serghii to my home. He called to ask if he could come earlier than the appointed time. He was courteous and professional and did not leave a mess as others have in the past. He pulled compressed lint from the dryer vent that was clearly missed by previous vendors who "cleaned the vent". I will definitely recommend Ozon to family, friends and clients. Over the years, we have had our dryer vent cleaned but most companies just blow out the vent. The rep from Ozon used a dryer vent brush to clean out the entire vent. He worked very hard, did a thorough job and explained everything that he was doing. Without question, we will definitely hire them again. Description of work: Dryer vent cleaned.

The service man appeared at the designated time, performed the task at hand in a thorough and professional manner, including cleaning up and departed. We were very pleased with the entire process. The air in the house now seems fresher. (Our system is natural gas-forced air which we don't care for). We can only offer positive comments on this entire job. Highly recommended. Serg was extremely thorough and spent approximately an hour longer than he originally anticipated due to the fact that our home's ducts had apparently never been cleaned - he still only charged us the initial price quoted over the phone (Angie's List Deal).
